Replacement compressor electronics set with control panel for Iveco Stralis S-Way fridge

Replacement and compatible set for Iveco Stralis S-Way truck fridges. Our solution consists of the PIVECO control panel and the 101NBD14F5 controller.

How it works:

This set is intended as a replacement solution for a damaged factory fridge control system. The PIVECO panel is responsible for operating the settings and displaying information, while the 101NBD14F5 controller manages the cooling system operation. The user has a clear digital temperature display, compressor operation indication and error indication.

Set installation:

To replace the set, remove the old damaged control panel, unscrew the five screws and disconnect two plugs: one from the sensor and the other, wider one, for power supply and communication. Then install the new PIVECO panel, connect both plugs for the sensor and for power supply and communication, and screw the five screws back in place.

At the rear of the fridge, remove the old damaged controller and install the 101NBD14F5 controller included in the set. The old spade terminals can be reused – simply remove them from the blue connectors and use insulation or heat-shrink tubing. The connectors can also be replaced immediately and new terminals crimped on.

Important information:

If error E1, error E6 or lack of communication occurs in the old control panel or the old fridge controller, replacing the entire set is recommended. This helps ensure proper cooperation of all components and correct system operation.
