The PIVECO USB panel is a control element designed for Iveco cabin refrigerator operation. Depending on the refrigerator version, the panel can be used for repair, modernization or activation of the refrigerator control system.

The panel allows, among others:

- switching the refrigerator on and off
- setting the required cooling temperature
- operating the digital temperature display
- USB socket operation – charging up to max. 2.1A per channel
- controlling the cabin refrigerator operation
- working with Secop / Danfoss compressor electronics
- diagnostics and refrigerator start-up after electronics repair

Temperature setting range and voltage threshold:
The panel allows temperature setting adjustment from 0°C to +15°C. After connection, the panel sets the voltage threshold to approx. 22.5V instead of the standard 24.6V, allowing the refrigerator to operate at a lower supply voltage. This function works with controller / program C_1_021.

- refrigerator does not switch on from the panel
- panel does not respond
- no possibility to set the temperature
- damaged display
- no indication on the display
- buttons do not work
- panel does not control the refrigerator
- communication problem between panel and controller
- refrigerator does not respond to temperature change
- damaged panel electronics

Iveco refrigerators may have different versions of panels, controllers, wiring, connectors and electronics. Before purchase, compare the current panel, electronics markings, refrigerator reference number and controller model. In case of doubt, please send photos of the refrigerator nameplate, old panel, controller and connectors.
