Controller and digital panel diagnostics:
Iveco S-Way SP910 / SP911 refrigerators often have problems with control electronics, digital temperature panel, 24V power supply or Secop / Danfoss compressor controller. As part of the service, we check controller operation, panel response, communication between modules and the possibility of starting the compressor.
For 101N2020, 101N2030, 101N2050 controllers, diagnostics of errors, electronics testing, low voltage protection check and, in selected cases, controller programming / configuration are possible. This also applies to controllers with Iveco program / code C_1_021.
E1 and E6 errors in Iveco S-Way refrigerators:
E1 or E6 error may be related to power supply, controller, compressor, control panel, wiring, electronics configuration or low voltage protection. Simply clearing the error does not always remove the cause of the fault, therefore before repair we diagnose the system and check whether the refrigerator can operate correctly after the problem is removed.
How to prepare the refrigerator for shipping?
It is best to deliver a complete refrigerator to the service workshop, because then we can check all system components: controller, control panel, compressor, power supply, wiring, sensors and cooling system. This allows us to determine the cause of the fault more accurately and perform a full operating test after repair.
Refrigerator fault diagnosis is performed before repair.
After receiving the unit, we check the refrigerator, controller or electronics, determine the cause of the fault and inform the customer about possible repair options.
A complete refrigerator, controller, control panel or electronic component can be delivered to our service workshop. However, we recommend delivering the complete refrigerator, because this allows full diagnostics of all components and a final operating test of the unit.
