Service 'Appointment Reservation and Equipment Diagnostics'
In the interest of providing the highest quality service to our customers, HESTA introduces a new service - On-site Reservation, Diagnostics, and Repair at HESTA's headquarters in Radom. This is an excellent option for those who need quick and professional diagnostics and repairs of their company portable refrigerator, automotive (electric on 12V/24V), or company air conditioning (12V, 24V, and 230V).
Service Details
Location: The service is exclusively available at our headquarters in Radom, ul. Podchorążych 7.
Availability Hours
The service is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Appointment Reservation
We enable appointment reservations (according to the availability calendar) for diagnostics and possible repair - after payment is made.
Scope of Service
The service fee includes the reservation and diagnostics of the equipment, with a work time of up to 1 hour.
Additional Information:
- Repairs and Parts: In case further repairs are necessary, all operations and parts replacement are performed according to the prevailing price list.
- All services are performed directly at our headquarters.
How to Use the Service?
To book the service, visit our website kalendarz.hesta.pl, check available dates, fill out the reservation form, note a convenient date from the available options in the comments, and pay. You will then receive a confirmation of the order and appointment.
Come to our headquarters in Radom at the appointed time so we can take care of your equipment.
If you fail to show up for the scheduled appointment - the amount is non-refundable. We will then issue an appropriate document for the reservation service: a receipt or invoice.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Certainly, provided that:
* within 7 business days prior to the confirmed date, you send a cancellation of the Reservation and Diagnostic Service,
* you provide a hospital discharge note (which includes the date of your reserved visit to our service),
* you provide a police note / certificate from a road incident (which includes the date of the booked appointment at our service).
